RiderUnion may collect account details, authentication data, ride and route information, location-related app data, device information, support messages, app access inquiries, feedback, and analytics events needed to operate and improve the service.

We may use information to provide navigation, route planning, saved rides, Rider DNA personalization, customer support, safety and security controls, service analytics, product development, and legally required notices.

Motorcycle navigation depends on location and route context. The app may process location information to create routes, provide turn-by-turn guidance, save rides, recommend scenic POIs, and support rider-requested features.

RiderUnion may use trusted service providers for authentication, hosting, maps, analytics, communications, payments, AI planning, and operational tooling. These providers may process information only as needed for their services.
