Terms of Service

RiderUnion provides motorcycle route planning, navigation, app support, saved rides, GPX workflows, Rider DNA personalization, and related features. Users are responsible for following traffic laws, riding safely, and using judgment on the road.

Route guidance, AI suggestions, scenic POIs, and map information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Riders must evaluate road conditions, closures, hazards, weather, signage, fuel range, and local laws before and during every ride.

App availability, subscriptions, purchases, trials, cancellations, and refunds may be governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies in addition to RiderUnion terms presented in the app.

Users may not misuse the platform, interfere with service integrity, submit fraudulent information, infringe third-party rights, or use RiderUnion for unlawful activity.
