Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the RiderUnion app or this website. Using RiderUnion means you accept them.

Ride safely — this is the important one
RiderUnion is an aid, not an instruction. Route guidance, AI-generated plans, suggested stops, weather and map data can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Roads close, passes shut for the season, signage changes and fuel stations keep their own hours.
You are responsible for how you ride. Obey traffic law, watch the road rather than the screen, and judge conditions, hazards, closures and your own fuel range for yourself. Never operate the app while riding in a way that takes your attention from the road.
Your account
You need an account to use RiderUnion. Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old.
Your content
Rides, routes, photos and profile details you create stay yours. By publishing a route or making profile information public, you allow us to host and display it within RiderUnion so other riders can see it. Delete your content or your account and we stop displaying it.
Acceptable use
Do not use RiderUnion for anything unlawful, do not upload content you have no right to, do not harass other riders, and do not interfere with the service — no scraping, no reverse engineering, no attempts to break or overload it, no bypassing security. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
We work to keep RiderUnion running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and parts of the app depend on third-party services that can fail or change independently of us.
Purchases
Where RiderUnion offers paid features, purchases, subscriptions, trials, cancellations and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, in addition to these.
Liability
RiderUnion is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from your reliance on route guidance, AI suggestions, weather or map data. Rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law are unaffected.
Ending it
You can stop using RiderUnion at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use RiderUnion after a change means the updated terms apply.
